LATE SHRI R. L. NOLKHA

Late Shri R.L. Nolkha , founder Chairman and Promoter of the company, was a

visionary leader, strategically driving the Company over the years. Being a

first-generation entrepreneur with FCA, FCS & FCMA Qualifications, he had

four decades of experience in the textile industry and marketing. He had

distinguished career working at senior level positions with well reputed

textile group such as Birla & LNJ group. He had also served as Vice

Chairman of CITI (Confederation of Indian Textiles Industries) , Chairman of

Northern India Textiles Research Association, Chairman of Rajasthan Textile

Mills Association and President of Mewar Chamber of Commerce & Industry and

Director on the Board of Textiles Skill Council. He was also actively

involved with various social and religious organizations and professional

forums. We are proud to be guided by his thoughts, vision and philosophy and

pray that his legacy will continue to inspire and guide us in our future

journey.

SHRI DINESH NOLKHA

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Shri Dinesh Nolkha is the Managing Director and CEO of the Company. Professionally Qualified with FCA & FCMA, he holds more than 24 Years of industrial experience. He handles critical areas like Marketing, Finance and General Administration. He has served as the President of Mewar Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Chairman of NITRA. Presently he is Vice Chairman of CITI (Confederation of Indian Textiles Industries). He has also been conferred by CA Business Leader Award by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

SHRI NITIN NOLAKHA

JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

A Management Graduate with more than 19 Years of Industrial experience, Shri Nitin Nolakha is the Joint Managing Director of the Company. He looks after procurement of materials and implementation of projects. Presently he is member of Managing Committee of Mewar Chamber of commerce & Industry , Bhilwara.
