The Company was established in 1992 and headquartered in Bhilwara (Rajasthan). We are India’s leading manufacturer of Cotton Yarn, Knitted Fabrics and Finished Woven Fabrics. The Company was formed as a response to the apparent need in the Indian Textile Industry for high-quality products and services.
Focused endeavors have resulted in a remarkable growth journey – from an Open-end Spinning into Ring Spinning with subsequent forward integration into Knitted Fabrics, value-added yarns and Finished and printed Woven Fabrics. The company’s first plant is located in Bhilwara – The ‘Textile City of India’, and the second plant, an integrated Textiles Complex, is situated at Begun, District Chittorgarh (Rajasthan). The plants are connected to all the major cities of the country, with proximity to raw material sources and accessibility to modern shipping ports. Nitin Spinners, an ISO 9001:2015 Company and a Government of India Recognized Export House, has emerged as one of India’s largest and reputed producers of 100% Cotton and Blended Yarn and Fabrics with Exports to more than 50 countries across the globe.
The company also possesses Environment and Energy Management System certifications ISO 14000 and ISO 50001, OSHAS for occupational safety and SA 8000 for Social accountability. The company’s leadership in cotton yarn and fabric manufacturing is driven by continuous investments in the latest technologies, resulting in delivering international standard quality products. Strong R&D on developing value-added products combined with systematic processes and a robust distribution network has allowed the Company to create value for both global and domestic client base. Commenced operations with Open-end Spinning – installed 384 Rotors with an investment of Rs. 3 cr
1999
Total installed Rotors reached 1,464
2002
Ventured into Ring Spinning by installing 14,112 Spindles Forward integration into knitted fabric by installing 7 Knitting machines
2005
Ring Spinning capacity doubled to 27,216 Spindles and Knitting machines to 15 nos
2015
Expansion of Spinning & Knitting capacity by installing 72,480 Spindles & 18 Knitting machines
2017
Completed Spinning expansion by adding 72,960 Spindles and 14 Knitting machines, taking total capacity to 223,056 Spindles, 2,936 Rotors and 63 Knitting machines
2018
Successfully raised additional Equity capital of Rs. 108 crores through QIP in November 2017
2019-20
set up of integrated textile mill at Begun, Chittorgarh Comprising of Spinning , Weaving and finishing activities. the total installed capacity of Spinning Division has reached 307344 Spindles & 3488 Rotors. The company has also installed 168 Airjet Looms and Processing Division with facilities of Dyeing, Finishing and printing of fabrics.

Added 14 Knitting machines and 54 Airjet looms
2023-24
Completed expansion project of Rs 955 crores and added 127488 Spindles, 264 Airjet Spinning positions and 3312 Rotors. also completed expansion of processing capacity by 10 million mtrs per annnum.
Scrapped old 936 Rotors. Now the total installed capacity reached to 434832 spindles, 264 Airjet Spinning positions 5864 Rotors, 77 Knitting machines, 222 Airjet looms along with fabric processing capacity of 40 million mtrs per annum
